M3Sixty provided 1,000 SF of custom perforated FunderMax Max Exterior panels in 5032NT Cinnamon.
Some of the 365 Bond amenities include a living lobby and community center, several lounges, a fitness center, valet parking, roof decks and community spaces for kayak storage and a boat launch.
The entire design was a collaboration of EAPC and three interior designers to create the final design for the space. EAPC primarily handled the ceiling design and developed construction details along with making sure that everything was code compliant.
Through Edge-Lit Light Guide Panel Technology, LEDCONN successfully controlled the lighting output per panel by minimally populating a small number of LEDs just along the panel edges rather than behind the entire panel.

The outdoor courtyard gives guests a public space to meet and gather at the Millis Public Library in Millis, MA, by Oudens Ello Architecture.
This facility, completed by Huff Construction integrates a 1,100 seat capacity gymnasium, a 4,360 SF fitness training center, a full-service kitchen/nutrition lab, two classrooms and locker rooms with offices.
The natural material at the base of the Moxy Chelsea was not possible for the facade on the top, due to concerns of dripping on the glass.
