The Higher Ground shelter is total-precast building, components include insulated wall panels, prestressed hollow-core planks, and precast stairs. The wall panels are load-bearing, but also provide an exterior acid-etched, colored architectural finish.
Be The Match, run by the National Marrow Donor Program, is a nonprofit dedicated to helping patients obtain life-saving transplants. The choice to locate their headquarters in downtown Minneapolis adjacent to Target Field was made in part to improve the organization’s public visibility.
The construction of the US Bank Stadium set a new standard for sports facilities; the stadium was built in two-and-a-half years and completed six weeks early (and on budget), much faster than any of its NFL counterparts.
iSpace provided nearly all of the furnishings for the space, including Teknion Expansion Casegoods (private offices and conference tables), Teknion Modular Cabinets (breakroom), and Teknion DNA lounge furniture.
The design team knew that an environment created for students in junior and senior high school required long- and hard-wearing material specifications in order to endure the wear-and-tear that was sure to come as soon as the space was open for use.

Dakota! Sport and Fitness located in Prior Lake, MN is a full-service fitness club, featuring an aquatic center, cardio room, gymnasium, ice center, running/walking track, strength training area, and bowling.
The Cerner Three Trails Campus features a rooftop patio supported by Bison Versadjust Pedestals topped with concrete pavers. The pedestal system allows for additional usable space for the company’s employees and clients.
