The buildings border the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks. With a high profile broadcast station on the ground level of the east building, the project utilizes eight 15 by 31 foot LED screens that travel the length of the building on a motorized railing system.
The stairway and mezzanine of 1200 Washington used the design styling of InUnison Design.
The upstairs dining area at Surly Brewing includes expansive windows that allow natural light to fill the space. Energetic lighting fixtures and bold branding elevate the dining experience.
Collaborators of the 67th & Tower storefront project chose Tubelite's T24650 Storefront in our beautiful Dark Bronze finish.
