The seven-story Mississippi North Parking Structure by Gate Precast sits in the heart of a campus built in the 19th century, so the design had to be practical and durable without overwhelming the existing architectural fabric.
The design used two different brick types including Endicott and Belden. The mixed textures played well against each other with the slight differences in color and texture. 50’ high load bearing precast wall panels surrounded the theater and fly loft stage.
Bison Ipê Wood Tiles were installed in a unique pattern on the green roof of the Denver Botanic Garden. The panels had to be cut to curve with the beautiful landscaping.
