The Securian Financial human resources lobby embraces the updated Securian brand, emphasizing a deeper familial culture. Shifting from a traditional reception-style employee receiving area, the new lobby allows staff and potential candidates to connect in a more interactive space.
That unique mission is reinforced and reflected by the building layout and crystalline structure, which promotes interaction, transparency, and engagement between all building occupants of the Tata Innovation Center at Cornell Tech in New York, NY.
