The buildings border the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks. With a high profile broadcast station on the ground level of the east building, the project utilizes eight 15 by 31 foot LED screens that travel the length of the building on a motorized railing system.
Designed by Resort Interiors the iconic flooring material is a custom ASI Hardwood in a herringbone pattern which mixes with the Barrel-Aged Cocktails and comfort food vibe in this neighborhood place.
Madison Reed's in-house design team selected beautiful custom products for multiple locations of their salons, including custom Organic Vinyl Wood Plank flooring and the intricately-detailed Crossfuse Wood Panels featured on this custom reception desk.

Located in the Tractorworks Building in the historic North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis sits the Land O' Lakes corporate office. Gardner Builders worked closely with both the architect and the client to execute all 5,593 SF of the beautiful workspace's and offices in the historic building.
Although the project was designed to respond to the local conditions of an equatorial desert, it proposes a new building type that helps create a strong sense of community and is capable of responding to different uses.
