Six interior designers from the Southeast headed west with Mannington to Arizona’s Sonoran Desert for a 24-hour design immersion. The objective was a collection of modular carpet inspired by the natural beauty and built environments of the desert. Together, we created a carpet collection that reminds us that beauty and design inspiration, pattern and color can bloom anywhere. Unexpected layering of texture and color create an intriguing interplay of patterns, creating a cohesive design statement that emphasizes gradations of texture and subtle, yet complex palettes.
