Eloy City Hall

Founded in the late 1870s where the first railroad line was built across southern Arizona, this historical city is in the midst of a sizzling population boom with the current population predicted to double by 2025. It was one thing to solve the challenge of placing all city departments under one roof, but for designers at SmithGroup’s Phoenix, this project was also about solving that challenge in a way that reflected the cultural history and unique environment surrounding the city of Eloy.
