"For the lounge areas we chose Purl Luxury Vinyl, a woven design which met all our criteria for an acoustically sound resilient material and one that was easy to maintain yet felt and looked rich.
For the additional ballroom, a distressed hardwood, Riverton Hardwoods, was installed in planks and a herringbone detail too, providing the luxurious and elegant look in a high performing and forgiving flooring, enabling the students to use the space casually and for more formal occasions.
The project began with a visit to the ASI showroom to select finishes in 2019 before COVID hit. The successful and flawless execution during this difficult time was attributed to ASI’s commitment and dedication to their products, the outcome of the project and involvement throughout the process, from design development to installation even in a pandemic, which makes us so much more appreciative."
