The buildings border the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks. With a high profile broadcast station on the ground level of the east building, the project utilizes eight 15 by 31 foot LED screens that travel the length of the building on a motorized railing system.
Gate Precast achieved the metal-panel look was achieved by using a burnished GATEstone finish and offers a thinner profile and stronger hurricane resistance.
The brick finish and colors chosen for the vertical windows complement the surrounding buildings at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN.
