Colorado Center Tower 3 is a podium-style office tower with ground level retail, a 6 level garage for 400 cars, and 203,000 ft2 of offices on 8 floors, topped by a roof terrace. This project was completed by Wells Concrete.
Natural elements such as a white oak flexible tambour wainscot tile flooring come together with high ceilings and natural timber beams.
To accomplish the elegant and modern aesthetic, this project features the Longboard®Ceiling System: 1.5” X 4” BEAM
