California State University, Northridge (CSUN) - Chaparral Hall (Science 5 Building) is a 4-story building for the Department of Science and Mathematics containing teaching labs, lecture halls, and staff offices.
The function in the design is the mezzanine level, encased with Kalwall panels, allowing instructors and researchers to view the large workshops below, creating an intimate relationship between the levels.
