Nearly 70,000 square feet of both black and white insulated precast concrete spandrels with an acid etch and polished finishes were used on the exterior façade. The precast producer was involved in an extensive collaborative effort with HGA in designing the structural systems to support precast.

A new senior living apartment building was built in a picturesque area incorporating EDCO's D4 Traditional Lap Siding in Timber and Antique Parchment Trim.
The Formawall high-performance building envelope system consolidates six wall components into one product creating distinct architectural wall profiles to match any building design.
Intercept Entyre panels utilize continuous engagement extrusion and concealed fasteners that function in tandem with modular panel parts installed in sequential order. Smooth planes, crisp sight-lines, and a wide range of colors and finishes give these panels a powerful look.
The wall and ceiling panels at the 25 Kent office building are separated by custom LED lights. The Brookland Steel finish was custom designed by Gensler.
