The project goal of creating more green space along with the limited
site resulted in the design of a 4,500 sf green roof plaza. The green roof is irrigated with captured rainwater and building condensate which is collected into two 5,000 gallon storage tanks.

The redevelopment of the site included modern elements such as the BOL solid wood pole by Structura to mount lighting fixtures for the space.
Bison Ipê Wood Tiles were installed in a unique pattern on the green roof of the Denver Botanic Garden. The panels had to be cut to curve with the beautiful landscaping.
