2121 Pantry, the signature grab and go market featured in the Marquis’ two-story great room boasts a Bauhaus-inspired custom LED lighting grid by OCL. The grid illuminates the table tops created by a Chicago-based skateboard deck designer.
The dynamic glass by SageGlass® tints on-demand, allowing professors to customize solar control for individual classrooms and labs. It also tints automatically to block sunlight on hot days and dramatically reduce energy demand in the building.
The expansive windows in this condo unit allow natural light to fill the space for a comfortable living experience. Andersen® provided their E-Series windows for the project.
