Wells Concrete provided 203 pieces of architectural precast concrete with acid etch and thin brick finishes to create the façade of the Mill Street Parking Structure in Wayzata, Minnesota.
The designers employed long-span, prestressed concrete double tees; located shear walls to the exterior plane; and provided large openings in both the shear walls and light walls to maximize openness and visibility, while providing natural light and ventilation.
The airport food court areas feature mounted lighting fixtures on the SINE solid wood pole by Structura for a clean and distinct look.
