Using a 4-month time frame, Dacon focused on modernizing and expanding the existing office location. The second-floor was redesigned to accommodate 16 offices, 2 conference rooms and seating for 92 employees using a configuration that maximized existing window space and natural light.
Employing the efficient processes of design build, a 96,000 SF 3-story office building was created that included a style out center, product development library, 270˚ vista employee fitness room and vendor viewing rooms.

Efficient, analytical and service-driven, First Point Power believes in customized relationships offering a straightforward energy buying experience. They needed an office upgrade that reflected a high energy culture while providing room to grow.
The project was executed in 2 phases, the first by adding 200 cars and 46 truck trailer spaces, followed by a new 47,000 SF warehouse and 15,300SF conversion of dry goods storage to a cooler room.
Additionally, centralized collaborative areas reinforce the firm’s values of transparency and community.
