The primary goal for this office fit-up was to harmonize interior elements with expansive landscape vistas. Curved windows maximizing natural light, while neutral tones with slate and granite accents marry the office to heritage structures within the Chapel View complex.

With a consolidated timeline and funds, the design build’s scope and cost option process kept the project moving forward while the vision was finalized. Tones, colors, and decorative elements reflect metal, a founding material to their business.
