The 345 Harrison apartment features an expansive rooftop dog park. Bison Versadjust Pedestals were used to support the concrete pavers and artificial turf that helped create the dog park.
This painting was created by artist-in-residence Peter Waddell in the late-90s. It is a stylized interpretation of the land surrounding the Octagon at its construction. In 1800 the city of Washington was relatively rural yet, and the Octagon was one of the only private houses in the area.
The bar area at Loyd Have Mercy is the perfect place to connect with friends. The Seaside Stem Mount Pendant Light adds to the fun atmosphere of the restaurant.

The large gymnasium at Johnston High School is separated by a retractable partition wall and closes when the whole space isn't used.
The rooftop garden is an obvious biophilic element that brings employees and customers close to nature. The green roof not only activates otherwise unusable space but also aids with collecting rainwater, which is then cycled through the building.
