Working in tandem with Robbins’ financials, Dacon designed a 2-phase facility expansion plan including site configuration and split utilities. The result was a school that could grow with its students.
A year-round daycare facility serving children 3-15 years, Robbins needed a larger, ground-up learning center to accommodate a diverse population.
Every detail of the building was designed with the patient in mind and reflects an environment of healing, including the nature-inspired color choices, the modern artwork, the comfortable furniture and the use of natural light throughout the facility.
Keeping businesses spotless is Crown Uniform’s goal. With 85% of their energy expended on laundry processing, Crown identified the opportunity to increase competitive advantage by centralizing operations, controlling costs and using design build to customize a green facility.
In addressing tenants’ design expectations, priorities were aligned to develop a design aesthetic, amenities and collaborative spaces that would attract the tenant target.
At ABI-LAB 2, where community lies at the core of their culture, every floor features local artisans. Each piece of art is made from natural or recycled materials, depicting aspects of life science on a micro or macro level.
Currently, Baird associates are on a 2- to 3-day in-office rotation, depending on individual job duties. Agile desking (or sharing desks, also referred to as ‘hoteling’) led Baird associates to naturally gravitate towards assigning lockers.
This new facility is in response to market growth and is purposed solely for plant cultivation.
