The Boston Sports Institute believes sports are for all ages. The acquisition of an Olympic trial pool resulted in an opportunity to build a multi-use athletic facility consisting of 2 NHL rinks, 2 pools, spectator seating, an indoor turf field, and a physical therapy/strength conditioning area.
This partition wall is a feature piece with the stone and wood design.
A year-round daycare facility serving children 3-15 years, Robbins needed a larger, ground-up learning center to accommodate a diverse population.
More space needed entailed collaborative spaces, classrooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen facility. A key challenge was the project had to be worked in accordance with their fundraising plans.
Energy remodeling, like what Dacon did for Crown Uniform and Linen Service which reduces CO2 emissions by 1.3MM lbs per year with solar panels generating 30% of the firm’s electric power resulting in a 20% energy reduction beyond IECC requirements.

Building this entire new structure would have taken 2 years, but thanks to Dacon, this project was completed in 12 months. Estimated close to cost, $15,000 was returned to the client.
