The 120-seat Harry Blackstone Cabaret Theater features an unobstructed view from every section. The cabaret-style seating, with elevated rail and banquette areas on the main floor, allow for maximum access to view the stage.
Mystic Lake chose to install dynamic SageGlass on the entire west-facing façade of the building to optimize daylight, outdoor views, and occupant comfort while preventing glare, overheating, and fading of interior elements.

The rooftop patio at the Wilde & Greene Restaurant features an expansive patio using Bison wood tiles supported by their Versadjust deck supports.
Over the nearby bar, the design team chose the sleek, modern look of the Downtown Minimalist Cord Pendant. These pendants are customized with a Navy finish and gold-and-white cloth cords that add a hint of color and texture to the space.
