When you first step into Base Camp, you’re immediately welcomed into the building by the open reception area. Because the first floor is also at street level, it reflects the urban energy and activity that connects the building’s occupants to the neighborhood around it.

70% of Miami daylight hours are sunny, with high intensity and UV radiation levels due to the steep angle of the sun, making SageGlass a vital component for an all-glass construction in this part of the world.
The decking system on the rooftop of Partners Healthcare Administrative Campus is supported by Bison ScrewJack Pedestals, the rooftop deck compliments comfortable lounge seating around the rooftop cafeteria.

By creating a pocket park that is accessible to the general public, Shive-Hattery turned the alleyway into a usable outdoor space with ample seating, lighting, and shelter from the weather.
Covering 2,042 square feet across the entire restaurant façade and a skylight, SageGlass automatically darkens or clears in response to sun movement throughout the day.
Dri-Design created multiple tones of grey to create a beautiful exterior for the Pittsburg State - Bicknell Center.

Communal tables in the center of the space offered an opportunity for a more dramatic visual element. Barn Light Electric’s team of engineers created a custom chandelier by expanding a standard chandelier to a 9-foot long, 3-foot high jewel suspended over the tables.
