Many historical design remnants remain in the five-story, 124-room hotel including exposed timber and brick, tall ceilings, and original industrial elements. The original character of the building was combined with locally-inspired interior finishes, decorative accents, and artwork.
Covering 2,042 square feet across the entire restaurant façade and a skylight, SageGlass automatically darkens or clears in response to sun movement throughout the day.

The Issaquah Transit Center in Issaguah, WA has three stories of greenscreen green wall cover facades and stairwells creating a vertical garden cover for this large regional park and ride facility.
