The 189,000-square-foot building has a large multi-purpose proscenium theater with 1,800 seats, hosts music, dance, opera, and theatrical performances. In addition, the building contains spaces for rehearsals and teaching, offices, a scene shop, and a costume shop.
Stockwell envisioned an office building with great employee amenities and breathtaking views of Falls Park. The Stockwell office occupies the ground level space and shares underground parking with second floor tenants.
Bright colors, shapes, and sounds can be found throughout the Sunnyville Montessori School to help stimulate the bright young minds of the students.
Custom donut-shaped, Bock Lighting chandeliers can be found throughout this Dunkin' Donuts location.
Communal tables in the center of the space offered an opportunity for a more dramatic visual element. Barn Light Electric’s team of engineers created a custom chandelier by expanding a standard chandelier to a 9-foot long, 3-foot high jewel suspended over the tables.
The modern interior space was designed by the Pfuner Design team.
