The bold lines and neutral-colored exterior of One Southdale Place creates an eye-pleasing and a welcoming first impression for guests and tenants. Pella® Impervia® doors and windows were used for this project.
On the exterior of the building, consisting of a marble and granite facade, Patrick and his team found the Beaux-Arts elevation generally in tact from an architectural standpoint. However, specific carved elements were badly deteriorated.

We have the capabilities to bend our Glass in many different ways, shapes, and sizes; providing a limitless array of options for custom curves. Using a common radius across multiple panes means one setup cost can be amortised, significantly reducing costs.

Fire Station No 84, located in an industrial area of Houston, neighboring glass high-rise buildings and commercial shopping strip centers, was designed to respond aesthetically with modern qualities.

Kalwall eliminates shadows, glare and the stark contrasts of light and shade. Even on overcast days, the interior is bathed with natural daylight, which means less artificial lighting and, because Kalwall is highly insulating, energy costs are reduced.
The modular brick facade provides the illusion of weightlessness. The building uses daylight, open space, visual connection, and material cues so visitors can intuit their way through the building.
