Solution Blue designed all of the site features to efficiently integrate with the stormwater basins in an attractive and effective manner. Construction of this senior facility began in late 2012 and was completed in 2013.
The Solution Blue team worked together with the lead architect, commercial developer/owner, structural engineer, City of Blaine, Coon Creek Watershed District, Anoka County and several contractors to create this new 64-unit senior living facility (mix of independent and assisted living units).
