The exterior of a four-story, four family row house located in Brooklyn, NY.
The renovation encompassed all four floors, plus basement, for a total of 46,890-square-feet. The renovation created organizational efficiencies, bringing together administrative offices and related services while creating one of the most energy-efficient buildings on CC’s campus.
This residential building cleverly provides a self-shading facade for its residents as well as privacy. The floor to ceiling glass enables residents to capture the best daylight and views from within the apartments.
