This beautiful theater, which holds about 250. There, hundreds of displays can combine to function as one screen. The theater ties into Polycom Group Series codecs that make it possible for meeting rooms to connect to one another via video call while also bringing people in from around the world.

This core was highlighted by a long wood awning overhead that contained lighting and hid HVAC and other systems. Visually, this established the rooms in the center as the area where both sides of the office came together, to work collaboratively.
These hardscape treatments are durable, color-fast and can be applied to both asphalt and concrete surfaces. HUB works with artists and other project stakeholders to translate their creative visions into practical and vibrant solutions.

The design for the Activities Room was inspired by the existing black & white murals that show the building’s history. Pops of color and strong geometric shapes were added throughout to bring life back to an outdated and underused formal lounge.
