Woodn is a technical wood. The first of its kind in the world, it succeeds in combining two incompatible components like PVC and wood fiber to create a material with an intrinsically high aesthetic appeal rather than being the result of surface treatments typical of traditional WPC.
The renovation encompassed all four floors, plus basement, for a total of 46,890-square-feet. The renovation created organizational efficiencies, bringing together administrative offices and related services while creating one of the most energy-efficient buildings on CC’s campus.
