While remaining fully operational during construction, the extensive renovation of 19,100 square feet of the union labor hotel’s lobby and food and beverage areas included a new front desk configuration and the addition of a Bar in the lobby, by Plant Construction.
Avenue 8's bistro and bar counter is a central focal point to the common living spaces for people to gather around the expansive island. Complete with warm tones, and a energetic chevron back splash.

Six years later, Accord provided design services for a new clinic attached to this critical access hospital. Accord’s most recent $6 MIL project for MMCNH involves new registration and waiting areas along with a completely renovated emergency department and acute care patient wing.
This apartment complex also boasts an indoor parking garage for residents.
