The architectural design of the Lighthorse 4041 consisted of many large, mulled windows and patio door configurations, with clear-coated pine interiors and an anodized champagne finish for exterior cladding.
Nilands in-house pattern and machine shop recreated the cast iron foundry tooling needed for an exact replication of the original 1920's light pole. Each section of the iron casting was sand blasted and several layers of paint removed revealed the raw iron casting.
