Structural materials consist of cast in place concrete walls and slab with precast concrete columns, beams, and plank deck lid for the underground parking.

This gorgeous project is composed of 37 custom radii. They are combined to form a circular focal point with a multitude of expanding compound-radiused ellipsoidal segments. Fixtures were provided in a custom gloss-black finish with 3500ºK LEDs.
