The new Richardson apartment complex features a large community patio and pool.
The courtyard is heavily glazed, and separated by a trellis that provides a green screen between the units. The courtyard, as well as the stair wells, provide light and air to the interiors of the units.
Woodn is a technical wood. The first of its kind in the world, it succeeds in combining two incompatible components like PVC and wood fiber to create a material with an intrinsically high aesthetic appeal rather than being the result of surface treatments typical of traditional WPC.
Cayan Tower is the world’s tallest true twisting building. While the skyscraper’s 73-floor plates are all identical, each is slightly rotated against the story below it, resulting in a full 90-degree twist over the course of the tower’s 307-meter rise.
