This shopping center is located on Kennedy Boulevard, one of the main arteries of Tampa, Florida. The project also resulted in upgraded parking, lighting and landscaping, by BDG Architects.
The Herring Cove Beach project consisted of relocating the Province Lands Road and construction of a new north parking lot. The new parking lot has the same number of parking spaces but is much safer for bikers and pedestrians.

While remaining fully operational during construction, the extensive renovation of 19,100 square feet of the union labor hotel’s lobby and food and beverage areas included a new front desk configuration and the addition of a Bar in the lobby, by Plant Construction.
Wesley United Methodist Church was struck by a tornado that took out its pipe organ, damaged much of the chancel/stage area and the rest of the sanctuary space. The Church took the opportunity to enhance the space for future generations while preserving its history.
