This shopping center is located on Kennedy Boulevard, one of the main arteries of Tampa, Florida. The modern transformation splits the center into two buildings connected by a covered breezeway which created two new “In-Caps” and outdoor seating.

The facility was designed to meet the flow requirements for food processing from deliveries of bulk food to the production kitchen for bulk preparation, and eventual distribution to the exposition food platforms for final finishing and plating.
In continued efforts to maintain this level of standards, the McNamara Alumni Center partnered with Tierney to install and upgrade the center's digital needs.
Located on 21st Street and 11th Avenue, the building’s footprint is a trapezoidal space. The greatest challenge was including the typical “white box” exhibition room without disrupting the space’s flow.
The new facility houses a modern media classroom, science and physics labs, as well as a 3,500 square-foot multipurpose room that can fit up to 500 occupants.
A recent project at SCL Health Oracle Campus in Broomfield has fresh finishes, bright accent paint colors and wall tile provides an uplifting environment, by Gallun Snow.
