Stepping into Hotel Boulderado's lobby, function was improved by to better accommodate a large living room with several seating groups to enhance the cocktail and light menu service.
The second phase of work included building a medical education conference center with working laboratory spaces, a 150-seat auditorium and a full cafeteria--all within an existing 60,000-square-foot shell structure.
The 3,000 square feet entry way into the zoo is permeable and any rain water will pass through the surface and recharge the ground water. This eliminates water runoff into the local storm drain system. Beautiful custom design!
