The Cope Gillette Theatre was a joint venture renovation between Designs Northwest Architects and Dykman Architects. The theater was originally built as the Bank of Everett headquarters in downtown Everett, Washington.

Sto Corp provided the exterior products used to create the stunning Helen Stacey Middle School in Huntington Beach, California.
The original design, captured in the 1910 linen construction drawings, provided a reference for the interior and exterior restoration while providing a framework and vocabulary for the rehabilitation, renovation, and modernization of the building.

Every neighborhood has a unique residential environment with communal living, dining areas and a full kitchen. Residents can use the kitchen to keep personal items, and with staff supervision can even bake desserts or other favorites.
The end of the wing includes an outdoor plaza and covered designated Youth entry.
