The Atrium incorporates many wood species and reclaimed materials.
The Grain Belt Apartments project was extremely interesting due to the site's landmark status and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Extra precautions were taken to make sure archaeological remnants of what was the city's first brewery were not damaged.
From the custom conference room carpets to the bold and brilliant art, Habitation ensured that this space was truly exceptional. And the piece de ’resistance? A 6 ½’ custom and customized statue of the Goddess of Justice greeting each client as they enter the space.
