This Edina MOB includes a 2-story open field house for physical therapy and a 3-story office building for a physical therapy clinic, prosthetics shop/treatment rooms, and an ambulatory surgery center on the second floor. Sperides Reiners Architects was the architect on this project.
Featuring the DI troffer ceiling lighting at the DePaul Library. From architectural and continuous designs to traditional troffers, we deliver a comprehensive line of commercial and spec-grade LED luminaires for recessed ceiling applications.
The program includes a full-service café and collaboration area, private and open offices, a conference room, a developer training room, a hidden speakeasy and additional lounge, and a residential style space for programmers called the ‘Hackathon House’ to engineer undisturbed.
