This shopping center is located on Kennedy Boulevard, one of the main arteries of Tampa, Florida. The modern transformation splits the center into two buildings connected by a covered breezeway which created two new “In-Caps” and outdoor seating.
The renovation included extensive use of JointMaster® expansion joint systems by Inpro Corporation.
