Designed by Louis Sullivan and Frank Lloyd Wright in 1890, this residence was damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Goodwin milled River-Recovered® Heart Pine Curly and Legacy Heart Pine Vertical Clear.
Full height hidden storage delineates space and provides visual and acoustic privacy. The minimal material palette minimizes distraction and maximizes the spatial quality of the apartment.
The program is reversed, with bedrooms on the first two floors and the main living space and primary bedroom on the top floor to take full advantage of the view.
The new Union South included several unique building features such as outdoor terraces for students and faculty to enjoy, by CG Schmidt.

The Boman Fine Arts Center in Forest City, Iowa, features a 630-seat auditorium that was in need of sound control. Skaar Drywall and Acoustics installed large acoustic paneling for the spacious theatre.
