Delta H Design’s ZR Acoustics incorporated QuietRock 545 in their unique solution. QuietRock 545 is an 11 layer, internally-damped composite panel designed to achieve high STC performance across a broad frequency range.
Structural materials consist of cast in place concrete walls and slab with precast concrete columns, beams, and plank deck lid for the underground parking. Floors 1-5 are wood framed construction with all exterior walls framed with fire treated lumber.
Accord Architecture has provided design services for MMCNH since 2001 when a multi-million-dollar expansion and renovation were delivered on time and on budget.
ProdEX by Prodema is a composite core panel faced with a natural wood veneer and coated with a proprietary coating based on synthetic resins and PVDF.
Mapei provided the grout found between the tile and stair tile throughout this brewery.
Advanced Masonry Restoration relaid brick where the old roofline was while matching the brick and mortar as closely as possible at Tate Hall at the University of Minnesota.
The new wing of the A&M Church of Christ connects to the main building “Great Hall” near one of the main building entries with an open gathering space for use by all members.
