Intercept Entyre modular metal panels offer smooth planes and clean sight lines.
MG McGrath fabricated and installed metal on both the interior and exterior of the re-named Andrus Building. The renovated exterior includes wall art to the right and left sides of the building’s main entrance doors.
The last pieces of copper MG McGrath fabricated and installed were for The Andrus building fireplace which is clad head-to-toe in 20oz copper.
In order to bring the facade to life, Terreal facade team developed three "notched" rainscreen.
The façade features our privacy textured channel glass with a Low-E coating, in combination with clear vision lites in the same frame system.
