The main entrance to the Midway Village Senior Living building features a simple facade with an exposed brick design.

The Lowry Morrison Building located in Minneapolis, MN is one of the oldest buildings in the North Loop district. Emanuelson-Podas helped with the beautiful renovations on this project after it was being vacant for 20 years.

The light and dark-colored
walnut ceilings in the 20 Hudson Yard, use a special coating that makes them semi-reflective (80 level gloss) which captures the movement and lights of the interior, creating motion and excitement.
The ceilings also employ a micro-perforation for acoustics.

Pure + FreeForms Prismatic Spritz replaced the dated concrete facade of the Oxboro Library in their recent renovation. The Prismatic Spritz is inspired by terracotta and the finish has sea blue undertones that transform it in light.

The Minnesota Vikings Museum is a place for Vikings fans and Legends alike to experience the comprehensive history of the Minnesota Vikings and football in Minnesota. Sperides Reiners Architects, Inc was the architect on this project.
SIXINCH coated foam seating are great for bars because of the waterproof and weatherproof features. Space designed by Anda Andrei Design and Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture and Design.
The 3,000 square feet entry way into the zoo is permeable and any rain water will pass through the surface and recharge the ground water. This eliminates water runoff into the local storm drain system. Beautiful custom design!
