1776 Eye Street is a unique commercial property with an iconic entrance at the intersection of Eye Street and 18th Street NW Washington, DC.
AVI-SPL implemented simple controls that anyone can use. Walk into a meeting room, regardless of its size, and there’s only one interface to touch. Likewise, easy-to-use booking panels are on the outside of each room so staff can reserve them ahead of time.

Imagenetics is the first building in the nation to focus on bringing genetics into primary care. It houses genetic counselors, doctors and a genetic lab all under one roof.
The CONCEPT Dry Erase Board features a narrow 5/16” wide aluminum trim profile with an eased edge. The frame’s 1/8” thick contour adds depth to the trim perimeter. The writing surface is White LCS3 Porcelain® enamel steel — a Lifetime Ceramic Surface®.
MEF Contract has some of the most beautiful furniture. This project pairs the Harvard chairs, Cloud Sofa, Glamour shelves, along with the Abbey table lamp for this hotel lounge.
