Gate Precast’s proficiency in design-assist and the time advantages afforded by the custom insulated architectural precast system accelerated the tower expansion at Children’s Medical Center South in Fort Worth, Texas, in a major way – shaving an estimated six months off the construction schedule.
The transparency of SageGlass can be controlled in four stages from 1% to 60% light transmission. No matter how dark the windows, the view outside is retained.

North American Signs was tasked with creating the signage used throughout the exterior of the Memorial Hospital located in South Bend, Indiana.
The first floor of Artspace Hastings River Lofts holds one wing of apartments, with the remaining portion of the footprint being made up of an art gallery, lobby space, and three for-lease retail spaces.
Since Ovative Groups founding in 2009, they have seen accelerated growth. Snow Kreilich Architects was hired to assist in the design and build of a new 40,000 SF office space.
Bring fun into the office space, Ovative Group wanted a specialty design to accomodate positivity and boosted moral to their employees.
The building is emphasized by a provision of siding Zéphir® Evolution in horizontal lines that combine five colors of the range: red-orange, red, Violine, champagne, plus a glazed white lines that give a glossy touch to the façade.
Pure + FreeForms Frozen Titanium cladding was used throughout the St. Cloud Tech Bookstore and cafe. It was used in this space as a fireplace wrap.
