The Center at Lincoln is a 3-story, 77,500 SF, skilled nursing facility located on a 3-acre site. Wells Concrete was involved in this skilled nursing facility from conceptual design through erection, performing on an accelerated schedule of 21 weeks from notice to proceed to erection completion.
Situated at an energetic intersection of Kings Highway, this 68,000 SF area of commercial development is an anchor to the evolving neighborhood of Gravesend, Brooklyn. Murdock Solon Architects completed this project.
