Awarded ENR California 2020 Best Higher Education project, UCLA Marion Anderson Hall is 64,000 square feet and 4-stories. It features active learning classrooms, auditorium and workspaces, and event and gathering spaces.

The new Metro Transit Police Department (MTPD) Facility addresses the massing and materiality of its urban industrial context, successfully creating an iconic building to highlight the presence of the police department in this developing neighborhood, just north of downtown Minneapolis.
The facade included punched windows and insulation, both pre-installed at our manufacturing plant.
Subtle building features such as expanding to the sidewalk and trees on campus side & pedestrian-scaled window awnings do not only function as south-side shading, but also give the building an urban sense and presence on campus.
The Custom Woodgrains panel finishes on the exterior walls of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is from Pure + FreeForms Wood & Stone Solutions Collection.
