The renovation of Cobo Arena transformed the 12,000 square foot space into a two-story, 40,000 square foot ballroom for the TCF Center (formerly known as Cobo Center) with pre-function space, meeting rooms, and a 30,000 square foot, three-story, glass atrium overlooking the Detroit River.
Five Point Arena building was constructed using economical premanufactured metal. NRA provided exert knowledge and mechanical core services for this project.

Southtown Baptist Church, Bloomington, MN. Southern Pine glued laminated timber arches and beams and roof decking.
The arena’s overhead deck required more than 3,600 gallons of Series 115 Uni-Bond DF, a high-performance, waterborne acrylic primer and finish provided by Tnemec.
It took Teel Construction 12 weeks to complete renovations while the upper level of the building remained operational.
