Framewall by Loftwall is a modern room divider screen system designed to add privacy and creativity to a wide range of spaces for working.
In addition to a lack of space, wear was beginning to show throughout the complex. The outdoor tennis courts, for example, had small holes in the surface, requiring regular repair. It was time for the University of Iowa to invest in an addition to the Hawkeye Tennis and Recreation Complex.
Opening up the building with additional glass converted the building to a very welcoming facility with plenty of natural light and panoramic views while maintaining the best architectural features of this historic brick building.
Visually unobtrusive Feeney Inc's 3/16-inch CableRail stainless steel Kits were used in the railing design to enhance the architectural styling and protect views of the river and city for cyclists and pedestrians on the bridge.

Curvilinear design peels and flows throughout the layout oh the American Constructors Office, connecting the lobby, conference rooms, common work areas, offices and breakroom and carrying the intricate wood slat detailing through the public spaces.
